Creative Design at vivenu

PROJECTS//

the company//

vivenu is a B2B ticketing platform that gives event organizers full control over their brand, data, and customer experience. No marketplace dependency, no compromise. Over 800 enterprises in 40+ countries use it, from sports clubs to major festivals. The company has raised $66.6M and is still moving fast.

I joined in February 2025 and since then it's been one of the most intense and exciting creative environments I've worked in. The product is technically complex, the market is competitive, and the bar for visual quality is high. That combination is exactly what I was looking for.

my role//

We're a two-person design team inside marketing, which means the scope is wide. My focus sits across brand design, motion design, and campaign creative. I help shape how vivenu looks and feels across every channel.

Beyond that I'm involved in UX and product design when creative thinking is needed, and I actively explore new AI tools to figure out what's actually useful and how we can integrate it into our workflow. Basically: if it's visual, it's probably on my plate.

Customer Segments

Customer Segments was one of vivenu's biggest feature launches in 2025. The product helps event organizers turn raw ticketing data into precise, actionable audience groups — directly inside the platform.

My job was to give this feature its own visual identity. The core idea: every data point exists somewhere in the noise. Customer Segments finds the right ones and surfaces them. I translated that into a visual system where some dots are highlighted, others fade into the background. Signal vs. noise, made visible. The logo became a compass. Navigating your audience data, finding direction. My work covered: Visual concept, visual identity, campaign assets, and the launch video.

It's About You

vivenu serves sports clubs, festivals, theaters, and everything in between. One brand message had to work across all of them. "It's About You" puts the customer at the center — their brand, their data, their fans. Not vivenu's.

I built a brand video that covers as many verticals as possible and carries that message. The production was fully AI-assisted: Seedance and Kling for video generation, Nano Banana for image generation, Figma for storyboarding, Jitter for effects, Eleven Labs for voiceover, and Premiere and After Effects for color grading and final cut. Music and sound design composed from scratch. One video. One message. Built with a tool stack that didn't exist two years ago.
